You agree that:

User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, including palm photos, notes, and other inputs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, analyze, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, test, and deliver the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content you upload.

Payments, Digital Content, and Refunds

Paid products on Thepalmistry.life are digital services and digital content. By completing checkout, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount.

Unless required by law:

all digital purchases are final,
pricing may change at any time before purchase,
dissatisfaction with a reading, disagreement with an interpretation, or unmet expectations does not create a right to a refund,
access to paid content may depend on successful payment and valid delivery details,
we may refuse, delay, or cancel an order if abuse, fraud, pricing error, or technical failure is reasonably suspected.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may suspend access to related content while the matter is reviewed.
